By accessing or using this website (drdeborahsalmonfoundation.org), registering for The Berkshires Cup tournament, or making a donation to the Dr. Deborah Salmon Foundation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. About the Foundation
The Dr. Deborah Salmon Foundation (DSF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to education, sport, music, and community development in honor of Dr. Deborah Salmon. DSF organizes The Berkshires Cup soccer tournament and operates scholarship and community programs. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice.
3. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:
- Use this site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
- Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content through the site
- Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without written permission from DSF
4. Tournament Registration
By registering a team for The Berkshires Cup, you confirm that:
- All players on your roster meet the eligibility requirements set out in the Official Rules
- The team captain is authorized to register on behalf of all players
- All players have signed or will sign the required waiver before taking the field
- Your team agrees to abide by the Official Rules, referee decisions, and DSF staff instructions
5. Payments and Refund Policy
Registration fees are processed securely through Stripe. All payments are in US dollars.
- Refunds requested more than 30 days before the tournament date will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee
- Refunds requested 15 to 30 days before the tournament date will receive a 50% refund
- No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the tournament date
- If DSF cancels the event, registered teams will receive a full refund
- Donations to the foundation are non-refundable and are made voluntarily
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the DSF name, logo, The Berkshires Cup name and logo, text, images, and design, is the property of the Dr. Deborah Salmon Foundation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without prior written consent from DSF.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DSF does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
